Joshua Kimmich (German professional footballer was born on February 8, 1995. He plays as a right-back or defensive midfielder at Bundesliga club Bayern Munich and the Germany national soccer team.

Joshua Kimmich Early career

Kimmich was a youth player for VfB Stuttgart before joining RB Leipzig in June 2013. Stuttgart was granted the option to rebuy. He made his 3. Liga made his debut for the club as Thiago Rockenbach’s replacement in a 2-2 draw against SpVgg Unterhaching on September 28. He scored his first professional goal in a 3-2 victory over 1. . Season 2015-16

2016-17 season

Kimmich was present in every minute of all 34 Bundesliga matches. Kimmich was a part of all 34 matches and scored two goals. He also finished second in the league with 13 assists.

Kimmich was selected in Germany’s preliminary 27 man squad for UEFA Euro 2016 on May 17, 2016. Kimmich was named to Germany’s preliminary 27-man team for the UEFA Euro 2016 tournament. He was also given the number 21 shirt. Kimmich, who was replacing Benedikt Howedes at right-back,

Joachim Low selected Kimmich for Germany’s final 23 man squad for the 2018 FIFA World Cup. Kimmich was in Mexico’s opening match when he made his World Cup debut, but Germany lost 1-0.

Kimmich was a defensive midfielder and played the opening match of Germany’s UEFA Nations League against France on September 6, 2018. This was his first appearance in 18 months.
