‘Mason Mount’ was born on January 10th, 1999 in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, USA. His father’s name is Tony Mount. However, his mother’s name is Debbie Mount. He has an older sister, who is also married.

Mount was a keen football fan from a young age. His father, who was once a nonleague manager at Havant Town, knew Mount was eager to play. When he was five years old, Tony took his son to Farnham, and he began playing with the club. He believed he was 6.

Chelsea saw the talent in the youngster at eight years old and offered him the opportunity to play for their youth team. He remained with them until 2017 when he was promoted to the senior squad.

Mason Mount was loaned to Vitesse in the Netherlands to help him improve his football skills. After playing in 29 games, Mount returned to Chelsea with nine goals. He was then loaned to Frank Lampard’s Derby County again, where he scored eight goals over 35 games between 2018 and 2019.
