Neymar Biography

Neymar, a Brazilian footballer, is a player of the Brazil squad. He is widely known as one of the most prominent footballers in the world. Like many Brazilian football players, Neymar started as a street player.

His father, a former professional football player, encouraged him to take the game seriously and become a professional. Neymar was just 11 years old when he joined the youth ranks of ‘FC Santos. He was accepted into the youth club of the Spanish club Real Madrid, but he chose to return to Brazil because he was offered a better salary.

Neymar’s impressive goals at ‘Santos’ made him the talk of the town. The world’s biggest clubs competed to sign him. He signed with Barcelona in 2013 and quickly made an impact, winning the 2015 treble for the Catalan team.

Neymar was a street and futsal player in his youth. He and his friends played futsal and street football together, which helped him improve his football skills. He joined the youth ranks of the “Portuguesa Santista” team in 2003 and moved to Sao Vicente.

Neymar, then only 11, joined the famed Brazilian club ‘FC Santos in 2003. He went on to become a top-ranked player after joining ‘FC Santos’. At the age of 17, he signed his first senior contract for ‘FC Santos.


Neymar made his senior debut in 2009 for ‘Santos FC’. He also helped the team win the ‘Libertadores Cup.’ The top clubs in Europe were always contacting him during his time at the club. He was accepted at 14 by Real Madrid, but he returned to FC Santos after being offered a better salary.

Neymar made his debut for the ‘Paris Saint-Germain’ club in the 2017-18 season. He scored a goal against Guingamp in his first match, but he still achieved 28 goals in 30 matches.

He was still healing from an injury that caused him to miss the 2018-19 season.
